

This is the same base recipe as my Kale, Ramp + Feta Quiche. Except this time I doubled it, giving me 8 slices that way I can have enough to last me all week. If you prefer a smaller portion, just halve all the ingredients quantities!
There are endless possibilities with a quiche, feel free to freestyle your own using whatever fresh veggies you have on hand! Blend with fresh greens and herbs to get a gorgeous bright green color, add cheese, veggies, or different aromatics and spices to create your own custom recipe.
