Not to be dramatic but these little chicken sausages have changed my life. They have been sooo helpful at helping me reach my protein goals at breakfast.
Personally I feel my best when I eat about 40-50g of protein at breakfast. Anything less than that and I’m hungry again in 2 hours. Some people are better at snacking throughout the day however I am not one of those people. I always have a full breakfast and full dinner but lunch is where I tend to get lazy.
I usually double this recipe to get about 16 sausages total because I like to have enough to last me the whole week. But do what works for you :)
